Our e-bikes are insured against third parties for personal injuries and property damage .
The service provider bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the belongings of the client or persons attending our tours during the tour period.
The client is committed to deliver the supplied e-bike and any relevant equipment to the receiving state. Any damage caused to the e-bike by misuse or negligence shall be covered entirely by the client.
Regardless of the above, we may prohibit the attendance to our tours by any person who considers it, without having to provide reasons for our decision.
Restrictions
Our tours are not suitable for pregnants or people with heart conditions. By accepting our terms and conditions you declare that you don’t belong in any of the above categories.
The group attendants must be at least 18 years old. People of age 17 and lower must be accompanied by a guardian.
Cancellations
In case we received a deposit for your tour, we will provide a full refund for cancellation requests that are performed up to 24 hours prior to the tour’s starting time.
